Lead day to day facilities, maintenance, transport coordination, and HSE compliance across GEMS Royal Dubai School and staff housing. You will plan preventive maintenance, supervise contractors and support staff, manage vendor SLAs and annual maintenance contracts, and ensure a safe, efficient campus ahead of the school's expansion and new secondary campus.
