Job Summary Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs) provide skills-based mental health services to children, adults, and families experiencing behavioral health concerns. Under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), MHPs help clients build skills that support daily functioning, resilience, and overall well-being. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not include direct supervision of other employees. MHPs collaborate closely with Fernbrook team members who share clients and/or support caseload coordination.
