- Selected weekdays, from 7:00am to 3:30pm
Job scope: - Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the food laboratories and preparation room
- Prepare ingredients, equipment, and materials for lessons and examinations
- Process orders for ingredients and maintain inventory and asset records
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining invoices, receipts, and delivery orders
- Manage equipment loans and coordinate maintenance with external contractors
- Provide support for departmental activities involving the food laboratories
