CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the team to ensure smooth running of the office.
  • Responsibility for office related documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring these are maintained to a high standard and updated in line with operational and legislation requirements.
  • Oversight of information and medicines kept for pupils with specific medical and dietary requirements and dissemination to all staff, together with trend analysis of first aid and medicine administration.
  • Point of contact for the SLT for admin work required, and delegation as appropriate.
  • Minute taking when required, including at school Health and Safety Committee meetings.
  • Booking of training and courses.
  • Event administration, including Parent’s Evening.
  • Fire Warden duties including evacuation responsibilities.
