About the Role

Career Ready India Initiative (CRII) is a free, fully-funded career guidance programme working to reach 10,000 schools across the country. Getting there starts with a conversation, and this role is where those conversations begin.

The School Outreach Coordinator is the first point of contact between CRII and the people who lead schools — association office bearers, principals, counsellors and school leaders. The job is to reach out to them warmly, introduce CRII, and set up a meeting at a time and in a format that suits them, whether that is an online call or an in-person visit. Alongside this, the Coordinator builds and looks after the contact database that the whole outreach effort depends on.
