Vision for Educationis seeking an outreach worker for a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) in Redditch.

This is a vital role in supporting students who have been excluded or cannot attend mainstream schools due to behavioural, emotional, or medical needs. The role is both challenging and rewarding, requiring resilience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of behaviour management.

This role is offered on a full-time basis Monday-Friday.
