Pay scale: Based on the NBTA Contract

Description: North Bellmore is seeking a smart and energetic School Psychologist to collaborate with teachers and other personnel to create a healthy and supportive learning environment for students. The School Psychologist is expected to effectively communicate the students’ needs and plans, socially, mentally, emotionally and academically, with teachers, staff, administrators and families . They are an integral member of the Early Intervention Team (EIT) for their building(s) and serve as a support to teachers, support staff, paraprofessionals and administrators. The School Psychologist will report directly to their building principal(s) and to the Director of Special Education.
