Job Scope The Personnel should holistically support identified Sec 1 - 4 students who have additional needs and with high touch points through casework with the school’s Case Management Team.
Intervention plan aims to:
- strengthen protective factors of students
- enhance students’ connectivity to school
- improve social emotional competencies
The scope of services required are set out as follows:
- Strengthen the after-school support and engagement for a group of identified high needs students. (Academic Support and Interest Based programmes)
- Build their mental and emotional resilience through targeted mentoring and teaching of social-emotional competencies and life skills by personnel experienced in working with these high-needs children.
