Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in drug substance purification processes.
• Participate in production and development activities for biologics, including purification of proteins and gene-therapy products; work is conducted in development laboratories and/or cleanrooms.
• Develop and document purification processes; create instructions, report findings, and maintain documentation for projects.
• Work with chromatography and filtration (TFF) methods as primary purification approaches.
