Job Description:
The Chief Systems Engineer will lead concept of operation development and requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various levels of the system.
Essential Functions:
Lead requirements traceability and development of test plans to cover requirementsExecute design trades to support technical decisionsLead design reviews (PDR, CDR, etc.)Lead integration and test of electro-optical/infrared systems and related hardware/softwareSupport/lead data analysis and modeling and simulationEvaluate customer and operational needs to help define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfacesEvaluate and mitigate risk within the programProvide mentoring to less experienced Systems EngineersContribute to proposal activitiesProgram planning, gu...
