JOB DESCRIPTION: Location: downtown Houston, TX Lead efforts to identifying request for quote analysis with specifics experience in understanding the Indirect categories such as IT hardware, software, telecoms, HR services and Administrative services ( such things as outsourcing HR service analysis , continent staffing and recruiting agreement, training consultants , Office supplies real estate etc.) Provide skilled assistance in the acquisition of Indirect Procurement of IT, Administrative Services and HR materials and services. Demonstrate technical procurement knowledge of Indirect Procurement categories. Assess customer needs while recommending and utilizing contracts best suited for customers.
