Job Title: SCM IT Business Analyst / Product Owner with AS400/IBMi experience

Location: Pickering, ON, Canada – 4 days onsite per week

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related enterprise delivery roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience working with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Solid understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Experience with:
• Warehouse and shipping platforms such as Oracle TM, Techsys and ShipIT
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments
• ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management)
