Immediate opening for a Screw Machine Operator/Machinist to operate multiple spindle automatic screw machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing precision-machined parts, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient machine operation across shifts.
Job Responsibilities of the Screw Machine Operator:
Set up, operate, and monitor multiple-spindle automatic screw machinesProduce parts to print and meet quality and dimensional specificationsInspect and gauge parts throughout production to ensure complianceAdjust machine settings, feeds, speeds, and tooling as neededReplace and maintain tooling, drills, taps, inserts, and coolant systemsLoad, monitor, and maintain bar stock to avoid production interruptionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Education & Experience of the Screw Machine Operator:
