Job Description
Our client is looking for a high-impact Scrum Lead to enable a cross-functional pod delivering across the client's e-Commerce and Marketing technology ecosystem.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role focused on ceremonies alone. You will act as a delivery enabler, flow optimizer, and accountability driver, helping a team of engineers (Levels I–III), Product, and stakeholders execute efficiently across a complex stack including SFCC, SFMC, MuleSoft, and CMS platforms. You will partner closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead (Engineer III) to ensure the pod operates with clarity, speed, and high quality, while continuously improving how work gets done.
