Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in consumer technology and communication platforms to drive agile delivery across our cross‑functional product and engineering teams. In this role, you will act as a servant leader and agile coach, ensuring teams deliver high‑quality software on time, within scope, and with a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of agile frameworks, experience scaling complex digital products within a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up consumer platform environment, and familiarity navigating regulatory and compliance processes in financial software delivery. Additionally, you should possess prior exposure to API‑driven architectures and technical delivery, alongside hands‑on proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar.
