Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Own and maintain the programme plan, tracking progress across all workstreams and flagging risks and dependencies early
• Proactively manage blockers, escalating to the Delivery Manager where necessary to keep delivery on track
• Produce clear, concise progress updates and reporting for the Delivery Manager
• Support planning activities including roadmap maintenance, milestone tracking, and resource coordination
