We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support cross functional teams within the Assessment Engineering division, which includes assessment development, measurement science, AI and innovations, test preparation, and research and technical studies.

This role is designed for a highly flexible Scrum Master who can quickly support work across varied domains without requiring deep subject matter expertise in each area. The Scrum Master will facilitate and coach Agile Scrum practices, promote effective collaboration, and ensure teams deliver high quality outcomes in research driven, innovative, and technically complex environments.

In addition to core Scrum Master responsibilities, this role may occasionally include hands on Development Team tasks (such as preparing documentation and approvals related to AI capabilities or research studies) and limited Product Owner support, reflecting the realities of agile work within Assessment Engineering.
