About the job Scrum Master

• Ideally you will be an Agile Practitioner with proven track record and experience in agile coaching and scaled
• Delivery for large scale enterprise/Banking Financial Services sectors
• Hands on experience from either a Scrum Master or true Agile coaching background
• Passionate about teaching, with a natural kinship to work with others and support their learning
• A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of project management disciplines
