Team Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will report to the Senior Manager of the APMO Canada serving the Scrum Teams containing onshore and offshore resources to deliver TransUnion Products and Solutions. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
