Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Scrum Master (Capital Markets/Fixed Income/Derivatives/Trading) for their Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities:

+ Coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. Scrum masters are also responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects within the GFIIT portfolio.

+ Act as a servant leader to your teams and help resolve impediments

+ Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and sprint timelines, driving adherence to our ‘Definition of Ready’ and ‘Definition of Done’

+ Schedules, facilitates and coaches agile routines and ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives and PI planning
