The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement department supports, manages and implements a portfolio of IT system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations, Energy Management and Customer Energy Solution business partners. This IT team supports each initiative from conception to implementation and provides the necessary IT support required to either enhance
