Position Overview
β’ Experience with enterprise tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce preferred), HCM, ERP, and other COTS solutions
β’ Experience with Agile tools and methods, including with TFS, Azure DevOps or Jira tools
β’ Strong technical understanding of software development and technology to challenge scrum teams and strive for improving agile best practices
β’ Excellent communication skills to interface with our client's internal business teams and organize sprint work
β’ Demonstrated ability to work directly with diverse business and technical team members in a strong team-oriented environment, including off-shore teams
β’ Leading teams with a diverse skill set in multiple locations, including offshore
