As a Scrum Master, you will work at the intersection of delivery, agile methodology, and cross‑functional collaboration, supporting a multidisciplinary engineering team in a GenAI transformation initiative within the insurance sector. You will ensure smooth delivery execution, align engineering, data and business teams, and enable agile best practices in a regulated enterprise environment.
Job Location and Conditions
Location: 90% remote (Europe-based), 10% on‑site in Cologne, Germany.
Contract: Employee or Contractor.
Start date: July.
Working hours: full‑time (40 h week).
Compensation
Portugal: annual gross salary €40,000–€55,000
Spain: annual gross salary €50,000–€65,000
B2B / contractor: €280–€380 per day
