Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery processes and support high-performing software development teams in the successful delivery of digital platform initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing team collaboration, and removing impediments that impact delivery performance.

The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development Teams to ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices across all project workstreams in accordance with SOW 4.1–4.8 .

The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching capabilities, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of supporting the delivery of large-scale digital platforms or enterprise technology solutions.
