Scrum Master Public Cloud (Madrid / Málaga / Cantabria)

Join Santander Digital Services as a Scrum Master for our Public Cloud teams located in Madrid, Malaga, or Cantabria. The role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Agile facilitation and strong ownership of Scrum and Kanban practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews.
• Proactively remove impediments for the development team, using escalation paths when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure sprint goals are understood and priorities align with the product vision.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, supporting the Product Owner in backlog grooming.
• Provide coaching and thought leadership on Agile principles to the team and management.
• Track progress and deliver updates to reporting and governance forums, keeping delivery road‑maps current. ...
