Working hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30

The Role

As a key member of cross‑functional teams, the Scrum Master supports a portfolio of applications. This role involves working closely with teams to promote Agile methodologies and support them in understanding Agile theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master guides teams through their workflows to maximize value delivery and help them make effective decisions. Additionally, the Scrum Master determines and implements organizational improvements to enhance team collaboration and performance, inspiring teams to develop self‑awareness and foster a learning culture that enables continuous growth on their Agile journey.
