Agile Leadership & Team Enablement: Serve as a servant leader for Data & AI teams, creating an environment where teams can focus on delivering value, improving continuously, and taking ownership of outcomes. Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices while fostering psychological safety, accountability, and collaboration.

Agile Practices & Facilitation: Guide teams in applying Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches in ways that support effective delivery rather than rigid adherence to ceremony. Facilitate key team ceremonies—including daily stand-up, planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to drive alignment, transparency, and learning.

Backlog & Value Delivery: Partner closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain healthy, well-refined backlogs aligned to business outcomes. Help teams break down work into deliverable increments, clar...
