Position Overview

Why This Role Exists (Make it aspirational, not clerical) At QDC, we’re building the operating system for the laundry & dry cleaning industry. We work with growing multi-store businesses and some of the most recognized brands, like Tumble Dry. This role is your entry point into serious SaaS sales. You won’t just “make calls.” You’ll learn how to: Qualify real businesses Understand operational problems Work on early-stage enterprise conversations High performers in this role move into Account Executive (closing role) within 12–18 months. What You’ll Actually Do (No fluff) Call inbound leads within 10–15 minutes Qualify leads using clear criteria: Number of stores Business scale Decision-maker intent Segment leads: SMB Mid Market Enterprise Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Follow up aggressively on missed / warm leads Maintain clean CRM data (no shortcuts) How You’ll Be Measured Speed to lead (target: <15 minutes) Contact rate (% leads reached) Qualified meetings booked per...
