Job Scope - Handling daily sea freight import operations
- Following up with customers and overseas origins
- Applying for inward permits and preparing delivery orders and packing lists
- Preparing accurate billing and invoices for customers
- Ensuring accurate GST and customs declarations
- Ensuring all import processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sea freight import operations
- Familiar with shipping documentation and freight operations
