Responsibilities

• Assist in providing onsite support at the Kuala Lumpur office
• Provide remote support to users across SEA countries for Deloitte Audit related applications and enterprise IT services
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues on both desktop and web applications
• Work closely with senior peers support group and global team to resolve escalated incidents efficiently
• Responsible for logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow system

Requirements

• Must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology products, desktop and web applications is a plus.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
