When you are in Sea Logistics Operational Care‑Export, you are responsible for the operational execution of the shipments handed over by the Customer Care Teams. You always work in partnership with the Customer Care Team which have the same goal: to deliver a great customer experience.

How you create impact

• To create/complete shipment details in our internal data management system (carrier/vessel, item description etc.)
• To arrange pick‑ups and deliveries in coordination with the Customer Care Team
