**About the Role**

Carrier is seeking a **SEA Operations Excellence Leader** to drive continuous improvement and lean transformation across multiple manufacturing sites in the Asia and Middle East region.

Based in Thailand, this role will lead the deployment of the **Carrier Excellence Operating System** , driving process maturity, operational performance, and a strong culture of continuous improvement across the full value stream.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead Carrier Excellence (Cx) deployment across regional plants, driving operational performance and process maturity
+ Coach and partner with plant leadership teams to translate business goals into continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
