Position: 1 x Seamstress/Seamster / Sewing Room Supervisor

Duties

• Read works order and pick list to identify what is required for sewing / embroidery
• Coordinate sewing room work sequence according to the works order and pick list and communicate to supervisor
• Unpack new orders ready for embroidery/ sewing
• Mark garments of what and where to be embroidered/ reflective tapes to be applied
• Packing completed orders
• Stock take cotton spools in sewing room monthly and raise order if required
• Assist in sewing and embroidery if required
• General cleaning duties in sewing room

Requirements

• Verbal and written communication in English
• Attention to details
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines
• Experience with garment alternations
• Unlimited rights to work in Australia

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
