Role Summary

This critical role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and performance marketing, serving as the reporting authority for a fast‑paced, multi‑channel paid media team. The Manager, Reporting & Performance Analytics reports directly to the Director and is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and strategic delivery of performance reporting across all paid media channels, including Google, Microsoft, Apple Search Ads (ASA), YouTube, and UAC/App campaigns. The Manager leads the reporting operations, oversees the Senior Associate, and serves as the first line of defense for data quality, pacing oversight, and issue resolution. As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), the Manager works closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
