We are seeking an experienced Seating Engineer with strong expertise in OEM seating systems, leather seat cover installation, and seat trim development. This role is responsible for supporting seat cover fit, finish, craftsmanship, and installation processes while ensuring compliance with OEM design intent, functional requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices. The idóneo candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of complete seat systems, including seat structures, foam, trim covers, attachment methods, airbag integration, ergonomics, and production assembly processes.
