In this role, you will:
Support enterprise-wide services including authentication, provisioning, federation, and directory platformsLead escalations and incidents, modify established procedures / approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts.Oversee and enhance current DevOps processes and practises.Ensure all Scotiabank IT regulatory and compliance procedures are met.Develop operational plans and procedures to improve service delivery time-to-market and system stability and reliability.Measure and optimize system performance to push our capabilities forward.Participate in defining SLIs, SLOs and SLAs for Enterprise Systems.Partner with development teams to address outstanding production issues and rollout fixes.Work with Scotiabank infrastructure teams and our partners, to maintain and supp...
