As a Deskside Technician for NTT DATA, you will tackle daily desktop and software support tasks. This role includes resolving issues transferred from the Service Desk and performing hardware installations. You will also support users with ongoing system inquiries, ensuring a seamless operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve service requests efficiently
• Diagnose and fix on-site technical problems

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of desktop support experience required
