PURPOSE

PURPOSE: What is the purpose of this job? To support the Store Supervisor with the daily operations of the store including stock management, point of sale processes, customer service, store standards, team supervision and perform the duties of a Sales Assistant, to deliver operational requirements

What are you responsible for doing?

• Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for customers
• Perform the duties of the Store Supervisor as and when required due to staff scheduling
• Perform allocated duties by the Store Supervisor as and when requested
• Be familiar with the responsibilities of the Store Supervisor role and raise any queries with the Store Supervisor or Area Manager
