ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Incumbent must achieve the following outcomes with or without reasonable accommodation:
Plans and prepares meals using 4-6 menu options for breakfast and 6-8 menu options for lunch. Oversees, supervises and monitors multiple snack bars. Requisitions food and supplies from FANS warehouse and outside vendors in accordance with department/state/federal specifications and polices. Receives goods verifying quality, safety integrity of products. Schedules, assigns and direct work assignments of employees. Supervises and participates in the preparation of all food items, maintains quality, safety and nutrient values of all items, ensures compliance of the program.
