Secondary PRU Behaviour Support Assistant – Ferryhill

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a specialist Secondary PRU in Ferryhill.

This position involves supporting students with behavioural, social and emotional needs, helping them engage positively with education and develop the skills needed for future success.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide classroom and pastoral support

✔ Deliver 1:1 support sessions

✔ Assist with behaviour management strategies

✔ Promote emotional regulation and wellbeing

✔ Encourage engagement with learning
