Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fleet Synthetic Training and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Operations Planner to support advanced naval training and operations. This role sits within the Global Security (GS) group, which delivers Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training solutions, fleet sustainment, and mission-critical support services.

Key Responsibilities

-Serve as an Operations Planner for NCTE-supported training and exercise events
-Collaborate with Navy Combatant Commands and joint/coalition stakeholders (MDA, NATO, USAF, Army) to define operational requirements
-Develop and manage Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M) using project tracking tools
-Support development of Master Scenario Event ---List (MSEL) inputs and simulation scenarios aligned with BMD training objectives
