Insight global is looking for a TDL analyst. This role is responsible for providing operational, maintenance, and technical support for Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems, associated hardware, software, networks, and communications equipment. The individual will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and administer TDL-related systems while ensuring compliance with DoD Information Assurance (IA), Information Technology (IT), and cybersecurity requirements. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining Microsoft and UNIX/Linux environments, implementing system upgrades and security patches, monitoring network performance, documenting maintenance activities in IEMS, and supporting end users through technical assistance and training. The position also supports CMS duties, network modernization efforts, and cybersecurity initiatives while performing organizational-, intermediate-, and depot-level maintenance on TDL systems.
