Provide full secretarial and administrative support including responding to emails, letters, and faxes.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements, and handle expense claims.
Prepare and handle correspondence, record updates, legal documents, court bundles, and other related paperwork.
Prepare and send out bills, including drafting bill narrations; track billing status and follow up with reminders as needed.
Handle any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification of βOβ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum three years of working experience in conveyancing work.
