DIRECTOR OF BRANCH CLINICS (DBC) SECRETARIAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
Contractor shall provide general secretarial services to the Director of Branch Clinics (DBC), and the Director of Nursing Services (DNS). Contractor shall receive incoming calls and correspondence, directing to the appropriate personnel, and assist in the creation, tracking, and dissemination of official correspondence, including but not limited to new and one-of-a-kind reports, hospital instructions, memorandums, medical reports, letters, agendas, minutes, evaluations, fitness reports, awards and other related correspondence. Contractor will manage the calendars of the relevant directors and is responsible for filing, retrieving, and or producing incoming and outgoing correspondence, in any format, and shall regularly update and maintain files on all personnel assigned to the DBC and DNS Directorates, including but not limited to temporary additional duty request, separation or retirement re...
