This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to work on a broad range of residential, commercial and complex real estate transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals and financing matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate sale and purchase agreements and related legal documentation.
