Section 38 Officer needed in Bolton, £19.81ph PAYE – Reference: 000B 0920 / 1

The successful candidate willmanage and oversee the technical approval, inspection, and adoption of new highway infrastructure delivered through Section 38 Agreements under the Highways Act 1980.

The role ensures that developments meet the required standards for adoption and align with local and national policy, ensuring the safety and integrity of the public highway network.

Full driving license and access to a vehicle may be required for site visits.

This role may involve occasional evening meetings or public consultations.

This is a Full time role on atemporary contract basis.
