Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily BAU for Finance Operations function and ensure smooth operations of the team
- Lead the Payments & Cashiers teams to ensure timely processing of all payments and receipts.
- Work closely with Financial Reporting Team on accuracy of data inputs.
- Daily review & approval of journal entries to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Ensuring that all accounts and processes comply with statutory and internal rules and regulations
- Liaise with bankers/financiers on remittance matters.
- Liaise with brokers on settlement issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirement and enforcing policies, guidelines and procedures to meet MAS & SGX requirements.
