**Primary Job Functions**

+ Lead day-to-day operations across assigned programs, contracts, and business units.
+ Develop and execute sector operating strategies aligned with company objectives.
+ Provide operational leadership for construction, facilities management, BOS, O&M, custodial, mission support, and related services.
+ Ensure contract performance meets customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
+ Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
