GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine complex security/safety/parking work functions in the performance and supervision of security staff, as well as, protects life and property by supervising and performing security work. Reports to the Security Supervisor/Leader and under general supervision is responsible for the coordination of daily shift activities. Performs all the duties of Security Leader whenever assigned by the Director of Security or designee.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

+ Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Requires the job knowledge, skills and abilities of an HFHS Security Officer/Security Police Officer or the equivalent in work experience and must have currently received a satisfactory or above performance review in all areas.

+ Completion of IAHSS Supervisory and Safety training programs within the first year required.
