Position Overview

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Report to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager
  • Taking charge of Security Officers
  • Conduct routine checks on the security personnel to monitor their performance
  • Ensure that all Security Officers adhere to all rules and regulations of the Company and clients
  • Maintain the standard of quality that the company has established for each site
  • Ensure manpower development and training
  • Ensure the updating and maintenance of the file systems and documentation is carried out effectively at all job sites
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and the operations of the respective sites
  • Liaise with Finance on billings and payments and with HR on wages, staffing and administrative matters through the Operations Manager
